Ochilview Park has been home to Stenhousemuir Football Club since 1890. The main all-seater stand to the south side of the ground was equipped with Mirage Seats when it opened for the start of the 1996-1997 season. By the summer of 2020 the seating was deemed to be life expired – 23 years being pretty good service for a polypropylene seat – even in the northern UK climate.

The club reviewed the available solutions and elected to refurbish the stand with Link Mirage again knowing how well the seat has served them with its long useful life and low maintenance, trouble free operation.

The project involved installing 510 general attendance seats and 114 upholstered corporate hospitality seats. The number of hospitality positions has been significantly increased compared to the previous accommodation and really enhances the experience and comfort for spectators in those areas. The whole project was delivered on time and in accordance with the clubs’ requirements, despite the challenging logistical circumstances arising during the Covid-19 pandemic.
